FAQ Q: How do you access my home? A: HOUSEKEEPING must be able to access your home to provide services. There are three Choices: 1) The most convenient; you may leave a key on file in our key safe. 2) You may leave a key at some designated accessible place at your residence. 3) You may meet the cleaner. If you wish to meet the cleaner, we can give you a choice of two arrival windows: between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM or between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. HOUSEKEEPING cannot specify exact arrival times. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key. That way you don't have to wait around to meet the service providers. Back FAQs
